Plastic Container Recycle Codes
The recycling label for plastic products is formulated by the relevant agencies of the plastic industry in the United States. This set of logos uses a plastic material identification code on the container or package, ranging from number 1 to number 7, typically located at the bottom of the plastic container. There are 1 to 7 numbers inside the triangle, and each number represents a plastic container, which is equivalent to each plastic container having an "ID card". This allows the public to easily join the recycling effort without having to bother to learn the similarities and differences of various plastic materials.
